Do you need to return something to us? No problem! We’ve made sure that the process is hassle-free. You have 30 days to make a return from the date that you receive your order. Your return can be made in one of our stores or by sending the products back to our warehouse. Please note that returns of products you have bought in our own Envii stores or online can also only be made in our own stores – but not in our concession stores or outlets.

If you decide to return something, please ensure it’s in perfect condition. This means that it must be clean (no deodorant, perfume, or make-up stains), unused, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Please return shoes in their original box. Any items that are returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Of course, this excludes faulty items.

You can always exchange your item(s) at one of our Envii stores. Find all of our Envii stores here. If you want to exchange your item(s) by sending them back to us, please place a new order after returning the item(s) to us.
