Items bought from the 15th of November 2024 can be returned until the 15th of January 2025.

Items bought in-store need to be returned in a store as well. 

In all orders from 15th November we include an exchange sticker. Attach it to your gift and your loved ones can exchange their gift in store. If the gift needs to be refunded, the recipent needs to bring the order confirmation. Please note that the money is refunded to the credit card used to pay for the order.
